Monaco have reportedly renewed their interest in signing Torino striker Andrea Belotti.

According to Calciomercato.com, Monaco re-established contact with Torino on Monday morning with a view to bringing in Belotti.

The French champions have money to burn as it is, and Kylian Mbappe’s likely transfer to Paris Saint-Germain will leave a sizeable void in their attack.

However, Torino would be standing firm on their €100m valuation of the Italy international as the website claims they have already rejected an offer of €70m plus Rony Lopes from Monaco.

Furthermore, Stevan Jovetic’s impending arrival, coupled with the principality outfit’s 6-1 demolition of Olympique Marseille on Sunday, may deter the Ligue 1 club from spending so much on a single player.
