An intermediary working to take Yann Karamoh to Inter claims the Caen winger is like Barcelona record signing Ousmane Dembele.
Sky Sport Italia reported on Thursday morning that Karamoh was travelling to Milan for a medical with Inter, and Oscar Damiani believes the Nerazzurri are signing a gem in the French teenager.
“Karamoh similar to Niang? The Rossoneri have a player that has shown only glimpses of their talent,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Karamoh has already starred at so many levels. It’s no coincidence that he’s already in the Under-21s.
“I saw him head-to-head against Cameroon in June and I know that the France Coach has promised to recall him as soon as he has found a team.
“This tug-of-war has made him lose his place because he said ‘no’ to offers from Lyon and Saint-Etienne, just so he could become Nerazzurro.
“What drives him to Milan? Inter’s ambitions and Spalletti’s reputation. In a 4-2-3-1, he can play anywhere behind the striker. He’s two-footed and very quick.
“Who can he be compared to? Dembele, no doubt. He has an above-average physique and technique.
“Inter did well to win him over. He’s changing teams at a relatively low price because his contract expires next summer.
“He’s a player you will hear a lot more about and he’s going to the right team.”
