President Enrico Preziosi is in the process of selling the Grifone to Sri Group, a firm which provides financial advice and business consultancy, among other things.
“The two parties, Fingiochi and Sri Group, having today defined a shared position, state that the deal aimed at the sale of Genoa CFC is proceeding in an effective manner with the due diligence required,” a statement reads.
