San Paolo empty for Shakhtar?

It’s reported Napoli have sold just 15,000 tickets for their crucial Champions League match with Shakhtar Donetsk.

The Partenopei take on the Ukrainian side tonight, in a match which could see them eliminated from the competition.

Having lost the away leg 2-1, Maurizio Sarri’s side have to beat Shakhtar tonight to avoid elimination, and they must win by any scoreline that leaves them at least level with on head-to-head.

That means a 3-2 win would not be enough to stay in contention, as Paulo Fonseca's men would have the better head-to-head record on away goals.

Despite facing such a crucial match, Canale 8 is reporting that just 15,000 tickets have been sold for tonight’s match.

The San Paolo holds around 60,000 people, so as things stand it will be about a quarter full.
