Line-ups: Benevento-Milan

Gennaro Gattuso makes his debut on the Milan bench, but still relies on Nikola Kalinic and Suso against bottom of the table Benevento.

It kicks off at the Stadio Vigorito at 11.30 GMT, follow the build-up and action from all today’s Serie A games on the LIVEBLOG.

The Rossoneri sacked Vincenzo Montella on Monday following a dismal 0-0 draw with Torino and promoted club hero Gattuso from his job with the Primavera youth team.

It’s his first Serie A position as a Coach, though he had brief and ill-fated spells at Pisa, Sion FC and Palermo.

Curiously, he clashed with Benevento boss Roberto De Zerbi in the 2016 Lega Pro promotion play-offs, Gattuso’s Pisa getting the better of Foggia in a tie that ended with riot police.

Andrea Conti is the only player on the treatment table for Milan, but Lucas Biglia is dropped anyway due to poor form, instead relying on former captain Riccardo Montolivo.

Mateo Musacchio steps in for Cristian Zapata and Fabio Borini returns from an ankle injury, but Gattuso keeps the faith with Kalinic despite public calls to choose Andre Silva or Patrick Cutrone.

Benevento are in dire straits and, as if losing their first 14 games wasn’t enough, they go into this game without injured Amato Ciciretti, Achraf Lazaar and Pietro Iemmello – arguably their most talented players. Fabio Lucioni continues to sit the season out after failing a doping test.

In a surprise move, Samuel Armenteros is dropped to the bench in favour of ex-Inter youth team forward George Puscas and Italy Under-21 international Vittorio Parigini.

This is the first ever meeting between the two clubs.

Benevento: Brignoli; Letizia, Djimsiti, Costa, Di Chiara; Memushaj, Chibsah, Cataldi; D’Alessandro, Puscas, Parigini

Milan: G Donnarumma; Musacchio, Bonucci, Romagnoli; Borini, Montolivo, Kessie, Rodriguez; Suso, Kalinic, Bonaventura
