City to rotate with Shakhtar

Manchester City are expected to rotate heavily away at Shakhtar Donetsk, in a match Napoli need them to win.

The English side have already won their Champions League group, and Shakhtar will go through in second if they avoid defeat tonight.

Napoli must beat Feyenoord at De Kuip and hope City win in Eastern Europe, but The Times reports the Premier League leaders will make several changes.

David Silva is out with injury, and with the derby against Manchester United on Sunday, Pep Guardiola is likely to name a rotated first XI.

Claudio Bravo is expected to replace Ederson in goal, with 20-year-old Tosin Adarabioyo to play at centre-back alongside Eliaquim Mangala.

Phil Foden, the 17-year-old midfielder who won the Under-20 World Cup with England is expected to make his full debut, with 18-year-old Brahim Diaz to start in attack.

Probable Manchester City line-up: Bravo; Danilo, Adarabioyo, Mangala, Delph; Gundogan, Touré, Foden; Bernardo Silva, Aguero, Diaz
