Juventus will face Tottenham Hotspur for the first time in European competition, with Roma paired with Shakhtar Donetsk in today’s Champions League draw.
The draw for the Last 16 took place today in Nyon, with two Italian sides present after Napoli were eliminated.
Roma will play the side which finished above the Partenopei, as they’ve been drawn against Shakhtar Donetsk.
The two sides last met at the same stage in the 2010-11 season, with the Ukrainian side advancing 6-2 on aggregate.
Meanwhile, Juve will face English side Tottenham Hotspur for what will be the first ever meeting of the two sides in European competition.
The Bianconeri reached the final last year, but were beaten 4-1 by Real Madrid in Cardiff.
