Atalanta director general Umberto Marino expects “two beautiful games” against Borussia Dortmund.
The Orobici were drawn against the German giants in today’s draw for the Last 32, and the director spoke to reporters as he left the even in Nyon.
“The clash with Borussia Dortmund is certainly a stimulating challenge,” Marino said.
“They’ll be two beautiful games which will, by definition, enter into the history of our club. We’ll tae the Germans with enthusiasm.
“Our opponents have started to get to know us at the European level so I’m sure they won’t underestimate us.
“We’ll play in one of Europe’s most beautiful stadiums and that’s an incentive to do even better. We beat them in a friendly, but football in August only means something up to a certain point.”
