Gennaro Gattuso has hinted that Milan will stick with a four-man defence going forward as “it gives us more guarantees.”
Milan’s return to a 4-3-3 formation was put forward as a major factor in their 2-1 win against Bologna over the weekend, and Gattuso believes his side are feeling more confident about their Coppa Italia tie with Verona as a result.
“There’s so much to do: we won an important game, but now we must only think about tomorrow’s match,” the Coach told Milan TV.
