Hellas Verona will be without wide man Mohamed Fares until the New Year after he was diagnosed with a knee ligament injury.
The Algeria international suffered a Grade I lesion to the collateral medial ligament in his left knee.
It’s not yet clear how long he will be on the sidelines, but he’ll probably return to the field in January.
This season, Fares has contributed one goal and one assist in 15 competitive appearances for Verona.
He has played in a variety of roles, including striker and left-back.
