Serie B side Empoli have sacked Coach Vincenzo Vivarini and appointed ex-Roma boss Aurelio Andreazzoli.
The Tuscans pulled the plug on Vivarini and his entire staff following a 1-1 draw away to Cremonese on Saturday.
It’s a surprising decision, as Empoli are in fifth place in the Serie B table, only five points off leaders Palermo.
They had been linked with Massimo Drago, but instead announced former Roma youth team and caretaker Coach Andreazzoli.
This weekend, Pro Vercelli already fired their boss Gianluca Grassadonia.
