Former Juventus defender Igor Tudor has been sacked by Turkish giants Galatasaray.
The Croatian took over the job in February this year, replacing Jan Olde Riekerink, but has been relieved of his duties following the 2-1 defeat to Yeni Malatyaspor.
“Galatasaray SK announces that the club has today relieved Mr. Igor Tudor of Team Manager duties,” the Turkish club announced on their official website.
“We thank Mr. Igor Tudor for his time at #Galatasaray and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.”
Tudor won two Scudetti with Juve, and was part of the Croatia side which finished third at the 1998 World Cup in France.
