Suso, Romagnoli out for Atalanta

Milan will be without Suso and Alessio Romagnoli against Atalanta, as the Lega Serie A confirms their suspensions.

The Rossoneri lost 3-0 to Verona at the weekend, and Suso was shown a late red card after consultation with the VAR.

While the Spaniard could have been banned for three matches if found guilty of violent conduct, he has instead been given a one-game ban for “a bad foul”.

Romagnoli will also miss the Atalanta game, as he picked up his fifth booking of the season which triggers an automatic one match suspension.

Also suspended for Week 18 after one booking too many are Marcel Buchel of Verona, Cagliari’s Luca Cigarini and Inter midfielder Matias Vecino.

Crotone Coach Walter Zenga has been given a one-match touchline ban and a €5,000 fine after insulting the referee in the 1-0 win over Chievo.

Away from the pitch, Torino have been fined €10,000 for anti-Neapolitan songs sung by their fans against Napoli, with a €6,000 fine for Crotone after unauthorised people entered the dressing room area.

Atalanta received a €5,000 fine after fans sang offensive songs about Lazio President Claudio Lotito.
