Napoli and Udinese revamp for tonight’s Coppa Italia Round of 16 tie, but Kalidou Koulibaly, Jorginho and Jose Callejon still start.

It kicks off at 20.00 GMT at the Stadio San Paolo and the winners go on to face Atalanta or Sassuolo in the Quarter-Final on January 2.

Maurizio Sarri is reticent to rotate his squad at the best of times and he hasn’t changed his ways here either.

Maurizio Sarri is reticent to rotate his squad at the best of times and he hasn’t changed his ways here either.

There are a few changes, with Marko Rog, Adam Ounas, Christian Maggio and goalkeeper Luigi Sepe stepping in, but star names like Callejon, Jorginho, Piotr Zielinski and Kalidou Koulibaly get no rest.

Curiously, it looks as if Ounas will be the centre-forward in a similar style to Dries Mertens, with Emanuele Giaccherini filling in for Lorenzo Insigne.

However, it is also possible that Callejon will be the one playing through the centre of this trident attack.

Nikola Maksimovic gets a very rare start, despite suffering from flu symptoms over the last few days.

Udinese are fresh from a shock 3-1 Serie A victory away to Inter, becoming the first side to beat the Nerazzurri this season.

Coach Massimo Oddo has revitalised the squad since taking over from Gigi Del Neri and lost only one game – his opener against Napoli last month.

There are quite a few adjustments, including strikers Ryder Matos and Riad Bajic given rare opportunities to shine.

Napoli: Sepe; Maggio, Maksimovic, Koulibaly, Hysaj; Zielinski, Jorginho, Rog; Callejon, Ounas, Giaccherini

Udinese: Scuffet; Nuytinck, Danilo, Bochniewicz, Stryger-Larsen; Balic, Hallfredsson, Jankto, Pezzella; Matos, Bajic
