Walter Zenga says Crotone were in the game for 80 minutes against Lazio but criticises his side’s attitude in the latter stages.
The Pitagorici kept the Biancocelesti at bay until the hour mark, but Jordan Lukaku’s goal broke the deadlock before the home team added three more in the final 10 minutes.
“Looking at the result it looks like a one-sided game,” Zenga reflected post-match. “But we were in the game for 80 minutes.
“I don’t like seeing this attitude, the boys let it go in the last 10 minutes. That shouldn’t happen.
“I prefer my team to play and look to score goals, rather than parking the bus in front of the goal.
“We need to start again based on the first 80 minutes and analyse why we conceded so many goals in the last 10.”
