Milan and Inter are expected to use practically full-strength line-ups for the Coppa Italia Quarter-Final in front of 55,000 fans.

It kicks off on Wednesday at 19.45 GMT and so far over 55,000 tickets have been sold for the one-off clash at San Siro.

The winners will go through to face either Lazio or Fiorentina in the two-legged semi-final.

Gennaro Gattuso is sticking with the 4-3-3 formation and has both Suso and Alessio Romagnoli back, after they were suspended for the 2-0 defeat to Atalanta last week.

There are concerns for goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who has a slight groin problem, but the under-fire teenager ought to be in the starting XI.

Davide Calabria is the favourite to start at right-back rather than Ignazio Abate, with Manuel Locatelli stepping in to midfield with Lucas Biglia and Franck Kessie.

This pushes Giacomo Bonaventura in to a more advanced role with Suso and Nikola Kalinic, as there is still no room for Andre Silva.

Inter are struggling too, coming off two consecutive Serie A defeats to Udinese and Sassuolo, but above all lose Danilo D’Ambrosio and Joao Miranda to injury.

Samir Handanovic may well be rested in goal for Daniele Padelli, who is the designated ‘keeper for the Coppa Italia.

Andrea Ranocchia and Joao Cancelo should form the defence with Milan Skriniar and Yuto Nagatomo.

Matias Vecino was suspended against Sassuolo, but returns to the midfield, with Borja Valero in the supporting trident behind Mauro Icardi.

Milan (probable): G Donnarumma; Calabria, Bonucci, Romagnoli, Rodriguez; Kessie, Biglia, Locatelli; Suso, Kalinic, Bonaventura

Inter (probable): Padelli; Cancelo, Ranocchia, Skriniar, Nagatomo; Vecino, Gagliardini; Candreva, Borja Valero, Perisic; Icardi
