Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has apologised after posting a video of himself smoking and drinking on New Year’s Eve.
The Belgian international uploaded a video to Instagram in which he was celebrating the new year, but it raised eyebrows as he was drinking, smoking and swearing.
It’s expected that the Giallorossi will fine the midfielder, who has issued an apology.
“I’m sorry for what happened tonight,” Nainggolan wrote on Instagram.
“You know, I like having fun with friends and celebrating New Year, but last night I went further.
“I saw it as a special evening, where you can even go a bit too far… Of course, I didn’t want to set a negative example, which is why I feel I must apologise for my words and behaviour.”
