“We know Napoli are always difficult to face, especially on their home turf, but if we stay concentrated, then we can win,” the midfielder told Rai Sport.

Last season, Atalanta were the only team in Serie A to beat Napoli both home and away.

“We already know where we can hurt them and do damage tactically, so we planned out the game and there are 90 minutes to decide everything.

“It’s a one-off match, so anything could happen.”

Cristante has been linked with numerous clubs, including Juventus and Inter, but shrugged off January window speculation.

“I am not thinking about the transfer market. We’ve still got so many games to play and it’s important to focus on those.”
