Inter Coach Luciano Spalletti confessed he is “afraid they are going to make my players disappear” over the January transfer window.
The Nerazzurri are still dealing with Financial Fair Play issues and it was reported today that a bid for Paris Saint-Germain’s Javier Pastore would fall apart due to their balance sheets.
Spalletti was stopped by Sportitalia cameras after a summit with the Inter directors today and was asked about potential buys.
“I came here to hide the contracts of my players and now I’ll take them home,” he joked.
“You’d have to ask the directors, as I don’t count for anything. I just want to keep my players, but I am afraid they are going to make my players disappear.”
