The 28-year-old England international is worried that a lack of playing time will cost him his place at the World Cup this summer.
He made only for substitute appearances in the Premier League, but still contributed four goals and five assists in 13 competitive games.
“I know that Theo would like to play in Serie A,” agent Warwick Horton told Tuttomercatoweb.

The Corriere dello Sport claims Milan, Roma and Inter have shown an interest in Walcott’s situation.
Clubs in England who are ready to take him on include West Ham United, Everton and Newcastle United, but the most likely option is a return to Southampton.
