It was reported earlier today that a deal had been agreed between the two clubs, but the player was still unsure about leaving the Rossoblu in January.
Now though Premium Sport is reporting that Verdi has given his approval to the transfer, telling his club they can move forward with the potential deal.

The 25-year-old hasn’t yet agreed a contract with the Partenopei, but the fact he is now open to making the move is significant.
The Milan youth product is enjoying the best season of his career, scoring six goals and assisting five in only 20 appearances for the Rossoblu.
