Now Tuttomercatoweb is reporting that a deal is practically done for the pair for €50m plus another potential €10m in bonuses.

The website believes a contract has been agreed with Dzeko for €8m per season, with bonuses, which would almost double his current wage of €4.5m a year.

In addition, calciomercato.com believes a phone call from Chelsea boss Antonio Conte was crucial in convincing the Bosnian to make the move.

The two clubs are currently working out the last details, and hope to reach a definitive agreement in the coming hours.
