Marko Pjaca’s agent claims the Schalke loanee “would’ve found space” at Juventus by filling in for the injured Paulo Dybala.

Pjaca enjoyed a dream debut for Schalke, scoring in a 1-1 draw with Hannover on Sunday, and Marko Naletic made it clear Juve’s loss was the German side’s gain.

“He had a fantastic debut. His goal was extraordinary like the player,” he told Juvenews.eu.

“His talent is out of the ordinary. He has technique, strength, pace…. [Schalke] are already crazy about him, his Coach included.

“He’s seen as an important player at Schalke. He lacks sharpness, but he’s training hard to gain it. He’s fine and always getting better. Only by playing can you find the right condition.

“It was difficult to convince Juve to let him go. They have a lot of faith in the boy, and the dry loan shows how much Juve didn’t want to let him go.

“Generally speaking, these deals are only done with great players and Juve considers Marko a great champion.

“With the injury to Dybala, he’d have found some space, but now Pjaca wants to do well in the Bundesliga, he needs minutes to get back in perfect condition.

“There were many top clubs that tried to sign him, not only in Serie A but all over Europe.

Lazio? I’m very friendly with Lotito and Tare, and I can guarantee that they never asked me about the player.

“Marko wanted to play in the Bundesliga because it’s a very physical championship, where the players run a lot more than they do in Serie A.

“He’s doing well and everyone already rates him highly in Germany, but he can’t wait to go back to Juventus.”
