Chievo have completed the signing of Napoli midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini on loan until the end of the season.
The deal was announced on Chievo’s official website, although there is no mention of a three-and-a-half-year contract being negotiated for the summer.
The former Italy man has spent the past 18 months at Napoli but made just a handful of appearances at the San Paolo and had also been linked with Sampdoria.
