The midfielder was on loan with the Granata, and the deal included an option to buy which became an obligation after a set number of games.

“Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that, following the achievement of the conditions provided by the contract, the ‘call option’ for the definitive transfer of the registration rights of the player Rincon Hernandez Tomas Eduardo has been exercised by Torino Football Club S.p.A.,” an official statement from the Bianconeri reads.
“The permanent transfer fee is €6 million, to be paid in three financial years. This transaction does not generate any significant economic effect.”
