This is because he would have thought about staying in Brazll over the Christmas holidays, amidst feelings of ‘nostalgia’ for his country.

The transfer window does not shut until April 2 in the South American nation, but the newspaper warns the Bianconeri have no plans to sell Anderson.

Anderson is represented by Giuliano Bertolucci, who brought Lucas Leiva to the Olimpico, as well as the player keeping the former Santos attacker out of the team, Luis Alberto.

Consequently, Il Corriere expects his future to be settled very soon, with Bertolucci described as an ‘expert’ in handling difficult situations.
