Antonio Conte won’t return to the Italy job, said his agent, “as he prefers to work on a daily basis. I see him at Chelsea next year.”
Having taken the Azzurri to the Euro 2016 quarter-final, Conte was linked with a second stint after Giampiero Ventura’s dismissal.
“Conte has already been through that experience and prefers to work with the squad on a daily basis,” his representative Federico Pastorello told Rai Sport.

“I see him at Chelsea next year, as he has a contract valid for another season-and-a-half and doesn’t like to leave things unfinished.”
Other main candidates for the Italy job are also under contract, as Roberto Mancini only joined Zenit over the summer.
