Milan host Arsenal at 18.00 GMT and their match will be officiated by 35-year-old French referee Turpin.
He is assisted by an all-French group of assistant referees Nicolas Danos and Cyril Gringore, additional assistant referees Ruddy Buquet and Nicolas Rainville with fourth official Hicham Zakrani.
Lazio welcome Dinamo Kiev to the Stadio Olimpico at 20.05 GMT.
Their game is run by Kruzliak of Slovakia, with Tomas Somolani and Branislav Hancko on the touchline, additional assistant referees Peter Kralovic and Filip Glova, then the fourth official Tomas Mokos.
