Roma have reportedly opened talks with Alessandro Florenzi over a new contract for the midfielder.
According to Corriere dello Sport, a meeting was held between Roma and Florenzi’s representatives a few days ago.
The newspaper explains “the needs of both parties were studied”, with the view to an agreement being reached.
The 26-year-old, who has made 28 appearances for the Giallorossi this season, has only 15 months left on his current deal.
