There is a weather warning in the port city until tomorrow evening for heavy rain, but as things stand, the match should go ahead.

“We just have to focus on being prepared and think of nothing else,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“Milan have a very clear identity now under Gennaro Gattuso and that includes playing with great humility. We’ll be facing a very motivated team, so we must run hard and play with heart, clarity and intensity.”

Armando Izzo and Miguel Veloso are out of action, but Giuseppe Rossi and Adel Taarabt get a recall.

“We must do well defending on the right flank and close down the spaces, but also go on the counter. It’ll be a very intense game and I think that since they found their stride, Milan are close to Juventus and Napoli’s level.

“They have around 20 internationals in the squad, people like Suso, Lucas Biglia, Giacomo Bonaventura, Leonardo Bonucci or Alessio Romagnoli.”

It’ll be a special game for former Milan flops Andrea Bertolacci and Gianluca Lapadula.

“These lads give their all, as do the others. Who isn’t motivated playing against Milan? You want to prove what you can do.”
