Tottenham Hotspur have joined the race to sign Atalanta midfielder Bryan Cristante, with Roma, Juventus and Inter.

The 23-year-old has found spectacular form since joining the Orobici on loan from Benfica and the club has already activated the €4m release clause.

He is nonetheless expected to move on at the end of the season to a bigger club.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Tottenham have set their sights on Cristante to improve their midfield.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Tottenham have set their sights on Cristante to improve their midfield.

So far this term, Cristante has scored 11 goals and provided two assists in 37 competitive games for Atalanta.

He also received his senior Italy debut, achieving two caps so far.

The price-tag set by Atalanta is believed to be a minimum of €25m.
