According to the Italian daily, San Siro sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli is a long term admirer of Neroverdi forward Berardi.

The 23-year-old has scored three goals and claimed two assists for the Neroverdi so far this campaign.

It is thought that Mirabelli, who is said to have expressed his interest in Berardi to Sassuolo last summer, will make the Italy U21 international a priority signing – particularly if Suso decides to leave the Diavolo.

Also reportedly on Milan’s radar is South Korea international Ki.

The defensive midfielder’s contract with Swansea, where he has made 27 appearances this season, expires in the summer.

The 29-year-old is said to have a number of suitors, with Mirabelli keen to add greater ‘quality and physicality’ to his midfield options.
