It’s reported that Fiorentina midfielder Milan Badelj was offered to Milan by his agent, with his contract expiring in June.
The Croatian international has been heavily linked with the Rossoneri in the past, and he so far is yet to agree a new contract in Florence.
According to calciomercato.com, agent Alessandro Lucci offered his client to the Diavolo, which he’s free to do as Badelj’s contract expires on June 30.
While the midfielder isn’t top of Milan’s shortlist, he would represent a low-cost reinforcement for the summer, with UEFA set to hand down a Financial Fair Play sanction.
The Viola are still keen to tie Badelj to a new deal, and have offered a two-year contract with an option for a third.
A definitive answer is expected in a month, with Sevilla also thought to be interested due to the presence of former Fiorentina Coach Vincenzo Montella.
