Manolo Gabbiadini’s agent assures “he’s focused on staying up with Southampton” but “after that we’ll see”.
The Italian international has scored just four Premier League goals all season, and has been repeatedly deployed as a substitute in recent weeks.
There has therefore been suggestions that he’ll return to Italy in the summer, with Lazio mooted as a possible destination.
“Right now he’s focused on staying up with Southampton,” Silvio Pagliari assured, speaking to RMC Sport.
“He doesn’t have his head elsewhere. In a month the league will end and after that we’ll see.
“With [sporting director Igli] Tare and Lazio it’s an old story dating back to four or five years ago before Gabbiadini moved to Sampdoria.”
