“I think we’ve been putting in some very good performances for a while, we just got a couple of things wrong that proved costly,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“We worked to ensure we are ready. Unfortunately, Giovanni Crociata has flu and that changed our plans slightly. We wanted to send a signal and my message before the Bologna game was well received, as we had an incredible atmosphere both in that match and against Juventus.

“Udinese are a very good side and I don’t think they’re really in the fight for safety. The quality in the squad suggests they shouldn’t be concerned by the threat of relegation and their season won’t be decided against us.

“I also would say that tomorrow’s match is not decisive for us either, it is only a stepping stone.”
