Mario Balotelli has reportedly been offered to Torino, with the club getting its money back for Mbaye Niang via Mino Raiola.
According to Toro.it, agent Raiola – who represents both players – is trying to find solutions for the strikers and both involve the Granata.
Niang was signed from Milan last summer for €14m plus bonuses, but has made precious little impact with four Serie A goals and one assist in 25 appearances.
Since Sinisa Mihajlovic was fired, the 23-year-old has plummeted down the pecking order even behind youth team player Simone Edera.
It’s rumoured the plan now is to find a new buyer for Niang at less than they paid, but in return bring Balotelli to Torino.
SuperMario has said he wants a return to Serie A after his two years at Nice and Torino has been a career boost for the likes of Ciro Immobile, Adem Ljajic and Andrea Belotti.
The main problem would be Balotelli’s €5m per year wages.
