“The team is in good shape and mustn’t be conditioned by last week’s result, because Sassuolo are a strong side and it’s not unexpected that they managed to beat us,” insisted the Coach on Mediaset Premium.

“Overall, my players can be happy with what they have achieved this season. Tonight’s game will tell us whether we play in the Champions League or not next term, but what remains is the great effort throughout the year.

“It doesn’t matter how it goes this evening, the players have done their duty. If we make it, then this’ll be valuable experience for many players and help the growth process of the club.”
