Juventus have reportedly turned their attention to Manchester United’s Anthony Martial, as Alvaro Morata’s wages are too high.
The Bianconeri were seen meeting with the Chelsea striker and his agent, but general manager Giuseppe Marotta insisted no deal would be done.
According to Tuttosport, Atletico Madrid are willing to offer around €60m for Morata, and Juve don’t want to match his wages.
Therefore, the newspaper reports, the Old Lady has turned her attention to Martial, who earns around €3.5m per season at Old Trafford.
His contract expires at the end of next season, so Juventus hope to be able to get him for a reduced fee.
However, there is an option for a further year included in the contract.
