Lotito’s remarks come less than a day after he affirmed Lazio had rejected an offer of €110m for Milinkovic-Savic last summer.
“There’s no way he can go to Juventus because Juve don’t have the money to buy Milinkovic Savic,” the patron [pictured, right] told Tuttosport.

Paris Saint-Germain were linked with a €170m bid for the Serbian star back in December, although it remains to be seen if the Aquile will cash in to that extent.
