Mario Balotelli is reportedly holding out for a return to Serie A, despite interest from Olympique Marseille, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Balotelli can leave Nice for €10m this summer and is liked by the aforementioned trio, with the latter now coached by Lucian Favre, who revived the striker’s career in southern France.

However, the newspaper notes the former Inter and Milan attacker ‘prefers’ a move back to Italy, having recently ended his four-year absence from the international set-up.
