Tuesday will be decisive for Chelsea to negotiate with Napoli for Maurizio Sarri, including players such as David Luiz and Elseid Hysaj, claim SportItalia.

Transfer guru Alfred Pedullà has been saying for some time that Laurent Blanc was considered Plan B and kept on the backburner because Chelsea would resume their push for Sarri.

He is still under contract and the €8m release clause expired on May 31, but Napoli still want to be paid something to release their Coach, even if they already replaced him with Carlo Ancelotti.

According to Pedullà, Tuesday will be the decisive turning point one way or another for Sarri to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea will contact Napoli and try to negotiate an exit strategy, which could well include negotiations for players such as Brazil international David Luiz going one way and Albanian full-back Hysaj heading the other.

There is a €50m release clause in Hysaj’s contract, but that can be negotiated down as part of a deal.

Sarri will be offered a three-year contract, or two years with option for a third.
