Juventus are increasingly confident of signing Joao Cancelo from Valencia for €40m after his Inter loan spell, claim Sky Sport Italia.
The full-back has been identified as a main reinforcement for Max Allegri this summer.
He spent this season on loan at Inter, but they were not prepared to pay the €40m option to buy due to Financial Fair Play issues.
Juve dived in and Valencia directors are in Milan today for negotiations.
The Bianconeri are said to be increasingly confident there will be an agreement for Cancelo at €40m, although the formula of the payment needs to be worked out.
Juve are hoping to spread the cost out over several years, perhaps with a loan and obligation to buy next term.
