Napoli boss Carlo Ancelotti says he would like to coach a national team ‘one day’ but would ‘never’ take the reins of Inter or Barcelona.
Ancelotti was offered the role of Italy CT after the Azzurri failed to qualify for the World Cup, but the 58-year-old passed up the opportunity and waited to fill the Napoli vacancy.
“Mexico CT one day? Why not!” the former Milan and Real Madrid Coach told Mexican broadcaster Televisa.

“I’ve never coached a national team, and sooner or later I’d like to. I was contacted by Italy recently, but I preferred to choose a club because I still want to coach every day.
“I’ve coached Real Madrid in my career, so it’d be very difficult for me to work for Barcelona.
“The same applies to Inter: I’ll never coach them because of my past with Milan.”
