It’s not clear if that will be a contract which runs until 2022, or a deal until 2021 with an option for another year.
There are still some small details to be worked out regarding image rights, but Nainggolan will fly out to Milan on Monday.
He will then take his medical on either Tuesday or Wednesday, before officially signing for Inter.
