Inter have not yet reached an agreement with Bordeaux, but his agent “won’t rule out a loan with obligation to buy.”
There were reports that the 21-year-old right-sided winger, who can also play on the left, is heading to San Siro this summer.
“The two clubs, Inter and Bordeaux, still need to reach an agreement,” agent Fernando Garcia told FCInter1908.it.
“Until the two clubs agree terms, we cannot agree personal terms for the player. It’s up to the clubs first.”
The problem seems to be that Bordeaux want €40m to sell Malcom outright, whereas Inter would prefer a loan with option or even obligation to buy.
“Bordeaux intend to sell him. Any player in the world would immediately accept a move to Inter. I can rule out a dry loan, but I won’t rule out a loan with obligation to buy.”
