The 23-year-old Serbian midfielder is one of the hottest properties on the transfer market this summer, also attracting approaches from Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.

According to La Repubblica newspaper, Barcelona have been added to the list and could offer Rafinha as part of the deal.

Rafinha recovered from a devastating long-term injury and spent six months on loan at Inter to rediscover his form.

The Nerazzurri have not paid the €40m to buy him outright, but he could end up back in Serie A for Lazio.

Aquile director Igli Tare revealed that Rafinha was on the verge of a Lazio move in the summer of 2015.

“It was all done, but unfortunately, Luis Enrique changed the plans.”

Real Madrid also look to a player exchange to lower the Milinkovic-Savic cost, in their case Dani Ceballos.

The creative midfielder turns 22 next month and struggled for playing time after the €16.5m move from Real Betis last year.

As for Juventus, the Corriere dello Sport insists their plan is to sell several players to raise the necessary funds for Milinkovic-Savic.

These include Daniele Rugani, Medhi Benatia, Marko Pjaca, Stefano Sturaro, Rolando Mandragora, Alberto Cerri and Emil Audero.

Those transfer fees alone would raise €155m.
