Lazio have officially confirmed that Mamadou Tounkara has joined FC Schaffhausen on loan.
The Spaniard joined the Biancocelesti from the Barcelona youth system, but has managed just two substitute appearances in Serie A.
Tounkara spent the second half of last season on loan at Albanian side Flamurtari Vlorë, and has now moved to the Swiss second division.
“S.S Lazio announces that it has transferred the sporting registration of the player Mamadou Tounkara to FC Schaffhausen until June 30, 2019,” the statement confirmed.
