Felipe Anderson will have his West Ham United medical tomorrow, with Lazio pocketing a reported €38m plus bonuses.
That represents a club record for the Premier League side (approximately £35m).
The Brazilian can play in a variety of roles, from wide midfield to part of a trident attack or as support striker.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the 25-year-old will have his medical in London on Friday and has already been given a work permit.
Felipe Anderson joined Lazio from Santos in 2013, scoring 34 goals in 177 competitive games for the Aquile.
