Juventus and Chelsea will enter intensive negotiations for Daniele Rugani tomorrow, with Gonzalo Higuain to follow, claim Sportitalia.

Transfer pundit Alfredo Pedulla maintains this evening that Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia spoke to Juve director of sport Fabio Paratici.

They discussed Rugani and made it clear the centre-back would only be available for €50m.

A formal offer is expected on Wednesday and once that deal is done, they can begin getting into the bid for Higuain.

Both have already worked with new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, the defender at Empoli and striker at Napoli.

Sarri hopes to have Rugani in the squad by the end of the week, so he can begin pre-season training and go on tour.
