While Serie A clubs consider their options, in Serie B it’s a Black Monday with four coaches changed at Benevento, Como, Perugia and Pisa, but Fabio Cannavaro could step in.

Juventus and Inter bosses are under pressure, but in Italy’s second division they are not waiting around for results to change.

Instead, four clubs have sacked their tacticians in one day preparing for the break for international duty.

Benevento have dismissed Fabio Caserta following defeats to Cagliari and Brescia, and are reported to be in negotiations with Italy World Cup winner Fabio Cannavaro.

Pisa were close to promotion last season, but this term have just two points in six rounds, so decided to fire Rolando Maran and bring back Luca D’Angelo, who is already under contract anyway.

Como were just promoted to Serie B with new investors and players including Cesc Fabregas, but Giacomo Gattuso stepped down due to health concerns.

Sky Sport Italia suggest the decision has now been made to bring in Moreno Longo as his replacement.

Perugia have dismissed Fabrizio Castori after just one win, one draw and five defeats between Serie B and the Coppa Italia.

Multiple reports point to Silvio Baldini as the next coach of the club.
